Via-ferrata around Montpellier - Entre2nature
Entre2nature is a group of instructors with a state diploma who will take you to discover the via-ferrata around Montpellier.
For those who don't know, this aerial activity is similar to accro-branche, except that we are not in the trees but on a cliff. Indeed, it is a question of progressing along the cliff secured on a cable with passages in tyrolean, abseiling, monkey bridge...
One of the most famous and popular is the via-ferrata of Thaurac. This one is located near the cave of Demoiselles in Saint-Bauzille de Putois. It takes about 40 minutes to drive from Montpellier.
It is the perfect activity to get closer to the sensations of climbing, without needing a technical background.

The Thaurac via ferrata welcomes you to a unique natural environment. This varied route winds its way along the cliffs of the Thaurac, overlooking the Hérault and contemplating the Pic Saint-Loup and Mont Aigoual above magnificent gorges.
This varied itinerary includes a cave crossing, abseiling, climbs, suspension bridges, a zip line, a hike and a pendulum jump.
It's suitable for all ages from 8 upwards.

Accompanied by a state-qualified instructor, we will accompany you for beautiful aerial ascents. But don't worry, there is something for all levels and we will know how to direct you to the most suitable cliff for a sensational initiation.
A very nice site to discover is the clocheton of Les Matelles. Only 20 minutes from Montpellier, this site is perfect for discovering the activity. We are waiting for you!

Via corda Family in Ardeche
The Via Corda is the little sister of the Via Ferrata. It is an acrobatic course in cliff very accessible which allows to evolve on the heights of fabulous gorges. The sensations provided by the ascent in this vertical environment are close to those of climbing. The progression is done along a rope, in a 100% natural environment, alternating between easy climbing, monkey bridge, zip line, cave, river and abseiling. Unusual!
