Office of the monitors of Languedoc
The office is a group of instructors specialized in supervising canyoning, climbing and via ferrata activities. We offer supervised outings on the region's practice sites. From the Devil's canyon or the Rec Grand, to the via ferrata of the Thaurac, there is a lot of fun to be had in the hinterland of Montpellier and Biterrois. The good mood and the professionalism of the instructors will guarantee a day full of laughter and sensations!

kite family - kiteboarding lessons
Kitesurfing lets you glide over the water, carve beautiful curves in the waves and execute jumps above the water. This sport gives you the sensation of gliding, power and freedom. It's like coming face to face with nature in its two elements: water and wind.
Despite appearances, kitesurfing is accessible to everyone, whatever their age or sporting ability, thanks to personalized teaching methods and high-performance equipment adapted to each individual's needs, so that you can ride in complete safety.
So, contrary to popular belief, it's perfectly suited to teenagers (aged 12 and over, approx. 45kg) and women, so come and discover it!

kite Family - Wakeboard/Water-ski lessons
Wakeboarding and water-skiing will help you discover or rediscover the thrill of gliding.
Wakeboarding is a great way to work on the different supports and postures used in kiteboarding.
So it's an excellent way to progress while having fun!
Course schedule
Each session includes 20min of practice, during which you'll be able to use a variety of boards: beginner boards, twin-tip, surf, tiki or even water skis.

Monitor's office - Canyon du Diable
Just fifty kilometers from Montpellier, you'll be seduced by this astonishing environment. The architecture of the gorge and the surrounding vegetation create an unreal atmosphere.
This playful course will satisfy the desires of all participants: those who wish to let themselves be carried along by the water and those who wish to experience thrills and spills. This canyon presents no obstacles to progress. There are a dozen jumps, a zip-line and an abseil.
This itinerary is suitable for everyone, from beginners to experts. With friends or family and children, you'll love jumping into the water, defying the currents and admiring the beauty of the natural landscape.

Monitor's office - Hydrospeed in Le Diable
Hydrospeed is an aquatic activity that combines swimming and canyoning on board a float. Equipped with flippers, participants navigate the rapids of the Hérault gorges, in the heart of the Cévennes.
This hydrospeed course in the Devil's Gorge offers a thrilling ride along the river's currents. You'll be able to gain speed and get your adrenalin pumping. This white-water sport lets you swim in the clear river of the Hérault gorges, contemplate the lush greenery mixed with rock and spend an unforgettable moment with family and friends.
This hydrospeed course is accessible to children aged 12 and over, so your little adventurers will be full of enthusiasm!

Canyon découverte du Diable near Montpellier - Entre2nature
Entre2nature offers you canyon trips all around Montpellier. Supervised by a qualified instructor, we will make you discover the joys of this aquatic activity.
One of our flagship outings is the Diable canyon near Saint-Guilhem le Désert.
On the program: jumps up to 8 meters, a splash zip line, abseiling up to 15 meters and a lot of swimming in white water. Note that all the workshops can be bypassed, allowing everyone to progress at their own level.
Perfect for an initiation, it is only 30 minutes away from Montpellier.

Hydrospeed in the Canyon du Diable
Descent with float and fins of the narrowest and most interesting part of the Gorges de l'Hérault, from St Guihem-Le-Désert to the Pont du Diable. This complete descent of the Canyon du Diable is punctuated with climbing and jumping breaks for those who wish to do so.

Come and discover the Grand site de France des Gorges de l'Hérault on the water with Canoë Rapido. We offer two routes, the easier one accessible from age 4 and the downstream one from age 6, enabling you to enjoy the sumptuous scenery of the Gorges de l'Hérault.
You can park your vehicle in our parking lot at the finish line and enjoy the river at your own pace, with no time limit! Bring your swimsuit and picnic to make the most of your day! The water of the Hérault is frequently around 25° in summer, making it a delight to swim in!
